Teriyaki Beef Kabobs are great for any night of the week!
Teriyaki Beef Kabobs are full of healthy vegetables, tender marinated beef, and juicy fresh pineapple, and they taste great grilled!
Marinating the beef in this 5 ingredient Teriyaki sauce overnight and then grilling it gives it such great flavor, and there is enough sauce leftover to serve some on the side.
This dish is great because you can cut up your vegetables when you cut up the beef the night before. So you can have dinner on the table in no time, without too much effort.
I like to serve this with Garden Pasta Salad or Mandarin Orange & Apple Salad because I can make them ahead of time, making dinner preparation easier.
I love that this dish has so many healthy vegetables and fresh pineapple. For information on the health benefits of pineapple check out this article at Well-Being Secrets.
