Triple Berry Cheesecake Salad features tangy cream cheese, fluffy whipped topping and three kinds of plump juicy berries!
Two words… cheesecake salad! You take some cream cheese, whip it up with a little sugar, fold in some whipped topping, add three kinds of berries and voila! Triple Berry Cheesecake Salad.
Oh man, it is so delicious! I am left to wonder how I have managed to live without it! This particular version contains berries, but the possibilities are endless. I can’t wait to make more of this type of fruit salad.
There was not much prep work for this recipe, and I like that a lot! Just cut the strawberries into chunks that are similar to the size of the whole blackberries and blueberries.
Leaving the blackberries and blueberries whole also helps for the fruit salad to not get too wet. This helps it set up better and not get too watery in the fridge, (if it lasts that long).
We chose to use 3 cups strawberries, 2 cups blueberries and 1 cup blackberries. It seemed more economical to make it this way, but you can make it with any combination of fruit you prefer. You just need a total of 6 cups of fruit.
I ate some of this Triple Berry Cheesecake Salad right after I made it. I just couldn’t wait, (don’t judge)! We liked it very much. It sets up a bit while in the fridge, and it is good that way too. It is not as creamy, but still yummy.
Ours did get a little watery on the third day, but we just stirred it up a bit and ate it. Still so very good. I can’t tell you what it would have been like on the next day because there wasn’t any left. Haha!

Do you use granulated sugar or powdered sugar? The recipe doesn’t specify, but I was thinking powdered would mix better. I’ll be making this soon. Thanks

I use regular sugar but either one will work great!

I love this and it makes a lot so I’m wondering if I can freeze some if it?
Mindy Boyd says
I have never tried that (it never lasts that long at our house, haha). You could also try to make half a batch. If you do freeze it let us know how it turns out!
Debi says
Can you use thawed fruit?
Mindy Boyd says
I do not recommend using fruit that has been frozen because I think it would be too watery. Let me know how it turns out if you try it.

This makes such a pleasant and delicious dessert, esp. in the deep of the winter.

I agree, fresh fruits are especially good in the winter when everything is brown and dreary. Thanks!
