Canadian Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 3 slices Canadian bacon cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3/4 shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425°.
  • Whisk eggs, water, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well combined. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add eggs and cook until thickened and no liquid egg remains, stirring often with a heat proof spatula or
  • Spread cream cheese over crust, top with eggs, Canadian bacon and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 11 - 13 minutes or until cheese is melted.
