Sliced Potatoes in the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices.
    1 pound Russet potatoes
  • In a large bowl mix the olive oil and spices together. Toss the potatoes in the spice mixture to evenly coat. Place potatoes into air fryer basket and make sure potatoes are staggered and not right on top of each other.
    1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cook at 400° for 5 minutes, shake them, cook for 5 more minutes, shake them and cook for 3 minutes longer. If you want your potatoes to be more brown then cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
