Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods (easy microwave recipe)

Ingredients

  • 48 pretzel rods
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips 11 ounces
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips 11.5 ounces

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl or tall glass melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Dip pretzel rod into melted chocolate, moving it around to get a good even coat onto it. Twist and turn the pretzel rod so that the excess chocolate falls off.
  • Place pretzel rod onto parchment, add sprinkles or your favorite toppings.
  • Allow to cool completely before wrapping them or putting them into containers or cellophane bags.
