- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly
- 4 teaspoons butter or margarine
Assemble the sandwiches by spreading a thin layer of peanut butter and jelly onto one slice of bread. Close the sandwich and butter one side place in the air fryer basket butter side down and butter the other side.
Cook at 400° for 4 minutes, flip and cook another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
