Easy Air Fryer Seasoned Potatoes and Onions Recipe is a quick and delicious side dish that goes with many different main dishes. This recipe can easily be cut in half if you need to feed less people.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Russet Potatoes scrubbed and dried
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix olive oil and spices in a large mixing bowl; set aside. 
  • Cut potatoes and onions into bite size chunks, add potatoes into the bowl with the olive oil and spices; toss to coat.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray the pour in the potatoes, cook at 380° for 10 minutes. Shake the potatoes then add the onions, cook again at 380° for another 10 minutes. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and fork tender, if necessary. Depending on the size you cut your potatoes, they could be done after 20 minutes.
