- 1 can pumpkin puree 15 ounces
- 1 package sugar free vanilla pudding 1 ounce
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 container reduced fat whipped topping 8 ounces
In a large bowl mix puree, pudding and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
Fold in whipped topping.
Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
Can be served immediately if using as a dip, or refrigerate for an hour or so if eating it by itself (or not if you can't wait).
