Homemade Chili Sauce
Homemade Chili Sauce is great to top hamburgers and hot dogs or as a dipping sauce for shrimp or French fries. It can also be used as a base ingredient for other sauces and marinades.

- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, lower to medium to medium low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
