- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- whipped cream optional garnish
- crushed peppermint candy optional garnish
- shaved or chopped chocolate optional garnish
Put coffee, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot.
1 cup strong coffee, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
Pour into a coffee mug and top with whipped topping, crushed candy pieces and chocolate chips or shaved chocolate.
