Whipped Strawberry Honey Butter
Whipped Strawberry Honey Butter combines butter, honey and fresh strawberries to make this classic fruit flavored butter. Easy delicious farm fresh food.
Servings: 1 cups approximately
Ingredients
- 1 cup room temperature butter 2 sticks
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Cut strawberries into small pieces.
- In a medium size bowl mash half of the strawberries with a fork, add the butter, the other half of the strawberries and the honey; beat with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
Notes
You can use salted or unsalted butter for this recipe. I used unsalted because we are trying to limit sodium intake. You can also use frozen strawberries. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator or freezer. Let soften before serving.
