Ingredients
For the cake:
Cooking spray
1cupmashed ripe banana
1cupsugar
1/3cupunsweetened applesauce
2eggs
1cupflour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonsalt
For the frosting:
1cupplain Greek yogurt
1/2cuppowdered sugarsifted
1teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
For the cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 9" X 13" cake pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix banana, sugar, applesauce and eggs until combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting:
Mix yogurt, powdered sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Spread over cooled cake. Store cake covered, in the refrigerator.
