Cheese & Herbs Scones {Heart Smart} combine Bisquick, an egg, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, and dried herbs to make a fast and healthy addition to a meal.

- 2 1/2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 425°. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. (I used a pizza pan)
In a medium bowl mix the Bisquick, cheese, parsley, and dill until well combined.
In a small bowl mix the yogurt and egg until well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the Bisquick mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface, knead 4 or 5 times. Place on baking sheet and pat out to a 9-inch round. Spray a knife with cooking spray and cut into 8 wedges. Do not separate.
Bake for 11-14 minutes or until golden.
