- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup carrot matchsticks
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1"-2" strips
- 1 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 medium zucchini cut into half moons
- 1 pouch Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmering Sauce 8 ounces
- 1 pound cooked shrimp tails removed
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, and peas; cook for 5 minutes. Add zucchini and and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, add sauce package and shrimp and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
