- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1/2 wheel of Joan Of Arc Brie Cheese 4 ounces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preheat oven to 400°. Line rimmed baking pans I (at least 9 X 13) with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
Remove rind from cheese and cut into small chunks, spread evenly over puff pastry.
Spread dried cranberries over puff pastry.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Roll up puff pastry starting at one of the short sides.
Cut into 16 slices.
Bake for 17-19 minutes or until golden brown.
I use a very sharp knife to slice the roll. Then I reshape the flat side so the pinwheels are round. I cut the roll in half then cut that in half and so on, until I have 16 slices.
