Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1/2 wheel of Joan Of Arc Brie Cheese 4 ounces
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Line rimmed baking pans I (at least 9 X 13) with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
  • Remove rind from cheese and cut into small chunks, spread evenly over puff pastry.
  • Spread dried cranberries over puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Roll up puff pastry starting at one of the short sides.
  • Cut into 16 slices.
  • Bake for 17-19 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

I use a very sharp knife to slice the roll. Then I reshape the flat side so the pinwheels are round. I cut the roll in half then cut that in half and so on, until I have 16 slices.
