- 3 cups low carb vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 8 drops green food coloring
- whipped topping
Put ice cream, milk, mint extract and food coloring into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped topping.
