Ingredients

white chocolate chips

craisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
Stir the flour, sugars, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
Combine the milk, butter, vanilla and eggs in a medium bowl with a whisk.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in white chocolate chips and craisins.
Divide between muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into one of the muffins comes out clean.
Remove muffins from pan and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
