Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup craisins

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  • Stir the flour, sugars, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
  • Combine the milk, butter, vanilla and eggs in a medium bowl with a whisk.
  • Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and craisins.
  • Divide between muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into one of the muffins comes out clean.
  • Remove muffins from pan and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
