Sweet Potatoes (Yams) with Marshmallows Recipe

Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows will be the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving dinner. All you need are sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar and marshmallows!

Ingredients

– sweet potatoes – butter – brown sugar – miniature marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13″ X 9″ casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Drain sweet potatoes. Cut large chunks into bite sized pieces and spread evenly in the casserole dish.

Top the sweet potatoes with butter cut into cubes. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Place into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are hot.

Top with miniature marshmallows and return to the oven until the marshmallows begin to turn light golden brown, about 5 – 7 minutes.
