Copycat Starbucks Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/8 tsp ginger paste
  • ice

Instructions

  • Put the water in a mason jar, or other microwave safe container with a lid. Microwave, without the lid for 20 seconds, add the matcha powder and sugar to the warm water, put the lid on it and shake it until the matcha dissolves. 
    1/4 cup water, 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder, 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Pour the pineapple juice, coconut milk and ginger into the matcha mixture, put the lid back on it and shake it until it is all mixed together. 
    3/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/8 tsp ginger paste
  • Add ice to a glass, pour the drink over the ice and enjoy!

Notes

This makes one serving that is approximately 12 ounces without the ice. Use a glass that is anywhere from 16 to 20 ounces depending on how much ice you want.
