Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar cookie mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sprinkles
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Prepare a square pan by lining it with parchment paper and giving it a little spray with cooking spray.
    cooking spray
  • Combine the dry cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter in a medium saucepan. Start out on medium heat and then lower the heat as necessary so your fudge mixture doesn't burn. Stir very often so it doesn't stick and everything gets mixed together.
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, 1 1/4 cups sugar cookie mix, 2 tbsp butter
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, smooth the top out and add Christmas sprinkles.
    3 tbsp sprinkles
  • Let set at least 4 hours, use a sharp knife cut into squares.

Notes

Tips
  • You can use an 8" or 9" square pan.
  • A metal will work better than a glass baking dish.
  • Parchment paper works better than wax paper or aluminum foil, but they will work if that is all you have.
  • For best results work quickly when pouring it into the pan and smoothing it out.
  • Press the sprinkles into the top of the fudge immediately after you get it smoothed out. As you can see in my photos some of my sprinkles came off.
  • This can set up at room temperature or in the refrigerator. If you let it set up in the fridge then take it out a bit before you want to cut it.
  • Cut it into as many pieces as you want. I make this to put into treat bags to take to work so I cut it into 64 pieces. It is rich and sweet and small pieces that are one or two bites are perfect.
