Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Funfetti cake mix 15.25 ounces
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl stir cake mix, eggs, and oil until combined. Dough will be oily but it bakes off just fine and you are left perfectly moist and soft cookies.1 Funfetti cake mix, 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 eggs
- Scoop cookie dough out using a cookie scoop or measuring tablespoon and roll into balls (the dough is easy to work with). Place balls at least 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are set and the edges start to turn a light golden brown.
- Let cool for a 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
