Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 2 sticks butter made with Real California Milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a medium size bowl mix together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars together with an electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
  • Add the flour mixture, in thirds, mixing between each addition. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls (I used a small cookie scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until set. Let sit on cookie sheets for 2 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
