Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Smithfield® Rotisserie Tenderloin or your favorite flavor
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic I use the kind in a jar
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24 ounces
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pound ziti
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Cut Smithfield® Rotisserie Tenderloin into bite sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. When oil is hot add meat and brown on all sides, 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in Italian seasoning, marinara sauce, water and ziti. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir frequently to prevent pasta from sticking.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, cover and allow cheese to melt.
  • Enjoy!
