3-ingredient Crockpot Ham

You are going to love this easy slow cooker ham recipe! All you need is a ham, crushed pineapple, and brown sugar for a super easy and delicious ham. Cooking ham in the crockpot frees up time because it only requires a couple of minutes of prep time. Plus, it frees up valuable oven space.

Ingredients

  • 1 ham 5 lbs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle a little of the brown sugar on the bottom of your slow cooker, place the ham in the crockpot (you will not need the glaze packet that comes with the ham). Pour crushed pineapple and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar over the top of the ham.
  • Cover and cook on high heat for 3 hours or low heat for 6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°.
