No churn Sugar Cookie Ice Cream only requires 3 ingredients; heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and International Delight Creamer. Simple and delicious!
In a small bowl mix creamer and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
In a large bowl beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, 3-4 minutes.
Fold in creamer mixture.
Pour into chilled 9" X 5" X 2.75" loaf pan, cover with waxed paper and chill for at least 6 hours.
Notes
Pre-chill 9" X 5" X 2.75" loaf pan in freezer for at least a couple of hours.
Do not over-beat heavy cream or it will become grainy. If this happens whisk in (by hand) a couple of tablespoons fresh cream.
