This Sugar Cookie Ice Cream only requires 3 ingredients, and you don’t need an ice cream maker!
The holidays are almost here (Yay!). To me, the holidays are here as soon as I start seeing Thanksgiving and Christmas merchandise in stores.
Some people complain that its “too early”, but I don’t think so.
From late October until after the first of the year we are always very busy with school plays, holiday parties, family gatherings, etc.
When I see seasonal food and décor it gets me thinking and planning. It really helps motivate me, and ultimately saves me time (and probably money).
We really enjoy coffee at our house, and we love using International Delight® Creamers because it is a great way to personalize and dress up our ordinary, everyday cup of joe.
I love that International Delight is on board with holiday flavors and we will be keeping a couple of different choices in our fridge for our guests this holiday season.
Coffee seems to bring people together!
Put on a pot of coffee, break out the International Delight Creamers and before you know it we are all sitting around, sipping coffee, and catching up. It is this time with family that I cherish most.
When I decided I wanted to make an easy, no-churn ice cream this holiday season it was a no-brainer to flavor it with International Delight® Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer. I wanted a liquid flavoring and International Delight fit the bill perfectly.
Once I thought of using flavored creamer in recipes I realized the possibilities are nearly endless. International Delight has so many great flavors that can be used in all sorts of desserts and baked goods.
This is a really easy recipe. The toughest part about this particular recipe is waiting the 6 or so hours for the ice cream to freeze. And with so many great seasonal and non-seasonal International Delight flavors, deciding which flavor to try first was a little challenging.
This Sugar Cookie Ice Cream was a huge hit and will be a family favorite holiday recipe. But I can’t wait to use this recipe with other flavors.
My favorite International Delight flavor is Salted Caramel Mocha, what is your favorite?
Walmart has a great selection of International Delight Coffee Creamers. International Delight will have in-store demos at select Walmart locations over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Instructions
- In a small bowl mix creamer and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- In a large bowl beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, 3-4 minutes.
- Fold in creamer mixture.
- Pour into chilled 9" X 5" X 2.75" loaf pan, cover with waxed paper and chill for at least 6 hours.
Notes
Do not over-beat heavy cream or it will become grainy. If this happens whisk in (by hand) a couple of tablespoons fresh cream.

I’m excited to try this. I recently purchased the international delight Iced Coffee and I own a Kitchen Aid Ice Cream attachment- I have searched and searched and you are the only site I’ve found that suggests you can use International delight as an ice cream base. Most blog posts suggest blending it with ice cream. Crossing my fingers it goes well. Thanks!
