Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans washed and ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray.

  • In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    2 tbsp bread crumbs, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Spread green beans on sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with bread crumb mixture and toss to coat.

  • Roast for 18-23 minutes or until green beans are brown tender and starting to brown.
