- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ cup barbecue sauce or to taste
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch, and season with garlic and onion powder, salt and black pepper.
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6–8 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through.

Pour in the barbecue sauce and cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken is fully coated and the sauce is heated through.

We like our chicken bites extra saucy, so I use about ½ cup of barbecue sauce (I don't usually measure it). If you prefer them a little less saucy, feel free to use less.
