Ingredients
3 ½cupsLight 'n Fluffy Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1pound lean ground beef93/7
½cuponion
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1can cheese soup10.5 ounces
1cupsalsa
½cupmilk
½ cupcorncanned or frozen
1cupshredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Instructions
Cook Light 'n Fluffy Extra Wide Egg Noodles al dente according to package directions.
In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef and onion until the ground beef is brown and the onion is translucent, about 7 - 10 minutes. Add taco seasoning and stir until combined.
Add cheese soup, salsa, milk and corn stirring until combined. Add cooked noodles and heat through, about 3 - 5 minutes.
Top with Monterrey Jack cheese, cover and let melt, about 2 minutes.
Notes
If using ground beef that is not lean you will need to drain it, then add the taco seasoning and proceed with the recipe.
