Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces deli turkey
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce or a small handful mixed greens

Instructions

  • Spread the mayo: Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on both slices of bread.
  • Assemble: Layer the turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon on one slice of bread. Top with the second slice of bread and enjoy.

This is an easy no cook recipe, feel free to use roast turkey breast if you prefer.
