Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad with Peaches and Blueberries

Made with cottage cheese, peaches, blueberries, vanilla pudding, and whipped topping, this easy cottage cheese fruit salad with Cool Whip is ready in 10 minutes. It’s a creamy, lightly sweet dessert salad for potlucks, holidays, and summer cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 container Hiland Cottage Cheese 24 ounces
  • 1 box vanilla pudding 3.5 ounces
  • 2 cans peaches 29 ounces each
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 tub whipped topping 8 ounces

Instructions

  • Drain peaches and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl combine the Hiland Cottage Cheese and vanilla pudding mix.
    1 container Hiland Cottage Cheese, 1 box vanilla pudding
  • Add peaches and blueberries.
    2 cans peaches, 1 pint blueberries
  • Fold in whipped topping.
    1 tub whipped topping
