Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken OR two 12.5 ounce cans
  • 1 cup celery
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon if using canned chicken
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop the chicken and celery.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, dried cranberries, pecans, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until well combined.
  • Serve on bread, in wraps, on lettuce, or with crackers.
