- 1 can corn
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- ½ teaspoon garlic
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Take about ½ cup of the corn juice out of the can.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, after the butter melts add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
1 tablespoon margarine, ½ teaspoon garlic
Add the corn with remaining juice, butter, seasoned salt, salt and pepper. Stir and cook over medium heat until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
1 can corn, ½ teaspoon seasoned salt, ½ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
I use about a tablespoon of butter, I don't actually measure it.
This corn is made as a side dish so I usually cook the garlic in the butter, add the other ingredients and let it warm up slowly over low heat until the other dish is ready. I will turn it up if the maid dish is getting done and the corn isn't warm yet.
