Combine water, lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin, and black pepper in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and green onions. Reduce heat to medium and cook stirring often until heated through, about 5 minutes.

In a small microwave safe bowl combine beans and salsa and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until warm.
