Ingredients

olive oil

jalapeño pepper
chopped with ribs and seeds removed

Lime juice
Instructions
Dice jalapeño and onion.
Rinse and drain black beans.
Heat olive oil in a small to medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add chopped onion and jalapeño and sauté until softened, 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken broth, beans and cumin, cook about 5 minutes or until heated through.
