Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Trim the asparagus, see tips above. 
    1 lb asparagus
  • Rinse asparagus with cool water and pat some of the excess water off with paper towel, it doesn't have to be completely dry.
  • Place on a baking sheet in a single layer, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Roast asparagus for 18-20 minutes or until tender.
