- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can black beans warmed (15.25 ounces)
- 2 cups Chipotle Style Grilled Chicken
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup grated jack cheese
- ½ - 1 cup sour cream
- ½ - 1 cup tomatoes diced
- 1 avocado cut into slices
To assemble bowls: Layer ½ cup rice, ¼ can black beans, ½ cup chicken, ¼ cup salsa, ½ cup lettuce, ¼ cup cheese, ⅛ - ¼ cup sour cream, ⅛ - ¼ cup diced tomatoes and ¼ sliced avocado in a bowl.
Add avocado or guacamole, if desired.
