Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 ounces
  • 1 box sugar free vanilla pudding 1 ounce
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 container reduced fat whipped topping 8 ounces

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix puree, pudding and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
    1 can pumpkin puree, 1 box sugar free vanilla pudding, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Fold in whipped topping.
    1 container reduced fat whipped topping
  • Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

Notes

Can be served immediately if using as a dip, or refrigerate for an hour or so if eating it by itself (or not if you can't wait).
