Meal Prep Mason Jar Salads

- 4 tablespoons Poppyseed Dressing
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- ½ cup feta crumbles
- 4 cups spring mix
- 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
Chop strawberries. Rinse and drain chickpeas, pat them dry.
Divide dressing, then strawberries, then chickpeas, then blueberries between two jars, in that order.
4 tablespoons Poppyseed Dressing, ½ cup strawberries, ½ can chickpeas, ½ cup blueberries
Next add chicken and feta.
1 cup diced cooked chicken, ½ cup feta crumbles
Top with mixed greens, then pecans.
4 cups spring mix, 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
To serve pour it into a shallow bowl or plate and mix it up.
