- 1 packet Italian dressing mix .7 ounces
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Put all ingredients into a jar or cruet with a tight lid and shake until well combined. Or mix ingredients together in a medium bowl with a whisk.
Serve on salads, sandwiches, fresh veggies, etc.
Dressing will settle in the refrigerator, shake well before using. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks in a sealed container.
This recipe makes about 1 ½ cups of dressing.
