Ingredients

  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix .7 ounces
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a jar or cruet with a tight lid and shake until well combined. Or mix ingredients together in a medium bowl with a whisk.
  • Serve on salads, sandwiches, fresh veggies, etc.

Notes

Dressing will settle in the refrigerator, shake well before using. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks in a sealed container.
This recipe makes about 1 ½ cups of dressing.
