Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a jar or a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until everything is smooth and well combined.

Notes

Store your homemade coffee creamer in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Give it a good shake before using, as the spices and pumpkin can settle.
This recipe make about 2 ½ cups or 40 tablespoons. 
Some pumpkin spice creamer recipes call for cooking the mixture to help the spices bloom and mellow the pumpkin flavor. I prefer the fresh taste (and quicker prep) of a no-cook version. If you’d like to try the cooked method, simply simmer everything together over low heat for about 5 minutes, watching closely since dairy can boil over quickly. Let it cool completely before refrigerating, and be sure it’s fully cooled if you plan to store it in a regular glass jar to avoid cracking.
