- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup very strong coffee
- ¾ cup oat milk
Mix the Flavor Base: Add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to a large coffee mug.

Add the Coffee: Pour the hot coffee over the pumpkin mixture and stir well until everything is smooth and combined.
1 cup very strong coffee
Heat and Froth the Milk: Pour the oat milk into a microwave-safe jar or container with a lid (a mason jar works great!). Heat for 30–60 seconds, or until hot. Place the lid on and carefully shake to froth, then pour it into your mug.

You can use a milk frother if you have one, but I don’t, so I just use the method described above. You can also warm the milk in a small saucepan on the stove — just watch it closely because milk can boil over easily. I use this same technique for my Sugar Cookie Latte, and it works perfectly every time.
This can be made with instant espresso—just heat one cup of water and add it along with the espresso when you would normally add the hot coffee.
