Ingredients

  • 2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon dry rib rub
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Trim any large pieces of fat from the tenderloins.
    2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
  • Place the tenderloins in the crock pot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Season all sides with the dry rub, then pour the sauce over.
    2 tablespoon dry rib rub, 1 cup barbecue sauce, nonstick cooking spray
  • Cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and easy to shred.

Notes

For best results, cook on low if you have the time—it helps keep the pork more tender and juicy.
