Spicy Ranch Oyster Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 package oyster crackers 9 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Melt butter in the microwave in a small bowl, this should take about 30 seconds.
  • Add olive oil and spices and stir until combined. 
  • Spread crackers out onto lined sheet pan and drizzle with spice mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, moving crackers around about halfway through. Crackers will start to turn a light golden brown around the edges when they are done.
  • Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up about a week.
