Starbucks Pumpkin Sauce Recipe

This copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Sauce is basically magic in a jar! Made with pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, cream, warm spices, and vanilla, it’s perfect for coffee, lattes, or desserts. Drizzle over ice cream, cake, pancakes, or French toast—or eat it straight from the jar (I won’t judge!).

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl or glass jar.
  • Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Notes

Make about 2 cups or 32 tablespoons.
Store your pumpkin sauce in an airtight container, I like to use a mason jar, in the refrigerator for about 7–10 days.
