Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Love the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino but not the price? Make this easy copycat at home in just minutes! Made with instant espresso, milk, ice, and homemade (or store-bought) pumpkin sauce, then topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for the ultimate fall frappuccino.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup ice
  • whipped cream
  • cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Put about ¼ cup whipped cream and about a tablespoon pumpkin sauce in the bottom of a glass.
  • Place instant espresso, milk, remaining pumpkin sauce and ice in pitcher of a blender. Blend on medium speed until you no longer hear chunks of ice hitting the sides of the blender, then blend on high for 20 seconds or so, then back to medium for about 10 seconds, then low for another 10 seconds or so.
  • Pour mixture into glass on top of whipped cream and pumpkin sauce, garnish with additional whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.

Notes

Adjust the amount of instant espresso (or instant coffee) and pumpkin sauce to make this exactly the way you like it.
