Starbucks Sugar Cookie Latte

Strong hot coffee is poured over white chocolate and sugar cookie-flavored syrup and then it's topped with milk that's been warmed up and shaken until it is nice and frothy. This easy recipe is made using everyday ingredients and no special equipment! The best part is that you can make this any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sugar cookie syrup

Instructions

  • Optional - Place some sugar cookie syrup on one plate and sanding sugar or festive sprinkles on another plate. Dip rim of coffee mug in sugar cookie syrup and then sanding sugar.
  • Place white chocolate chips and sugar cookie simple syrup in bottom of coffee mug, pour hot coffee over them and stir until melted.
  • Warm milk in a jar in the microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your microwave. Put the lid on and shake vigorously to create frothy milk (or use a milk frother if you have one). Pour over the coffee mixture.

Notes

This recipe makes one approximately 12 ounce coffee.
