15-Minute Lavash Flatbread Pizza

You are going to love how quick and easy this 15-Minute Lavash Flatbread Bread Pizza recipe is! It's made with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, spinach, feta, and mozzarella cheese. This is one of the most delicious combinations of five ingredients I've ever tasted. This is the perfect recipe for a light dinner or quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet 9" X 12" lavash bread
  • ¼ cup sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 10 spinach leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°. Place lavash bread directly onto the oven rack. Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning over after 2 ½ minutes.

  • Cut spinach leaves and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place baked lavash bread on baking sheet. Spread sauce on top of the lavash leaving about an inch on the edges of the pizza. Add the cheeses and then the chopped spinach.  
    ¼ cup sauce, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup feta cheese, 10 spinach leaves
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese melts, sauce is hot, and spinach wilts a little. 
  • Cut into 8 pieces. 

Notes

Because this is a thin crust pizza you don't want to overload it with toppings.
