- 1 sheet 9" X 12" lavash bread
- ¼ cup sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 10 spinach leaves
Preheat the oven to 400°. Place lavash bread directly onto the oven rack. Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning over after 2 ½ minutes.

Cut spinach leaves and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place baked lavash bread on baking sheet. Spread sauce on top of the lavash leaving about an inch on the edges of the pizza. Add the cheeses and then the chopped spinach.
¼ cup sauce, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup feta cheese, 10 spinach leaves
Bake in a preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese melts, sauce is hot, and spinach wilts a little.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Because this is a thin crust pizza you don't want to overload it with toppings.
