Ingredients
1pkgcheese ravioli9 ounces
2tbsolive oil
1tspItalian seasoning
1/2tspsalt
3tbspParmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
Mix oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a large bowl.
2 tbs olive oil, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt
Add ravioli into oil mixture and toss to evenly coat with seasoned oil. Add cheese and toss to coat as evenly as possible.
1 pkg cheese ravioli, 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Place ravioli into the air fryer basket and air fry at 380° for 3 minutes, shake and cook an additional 3 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

I use refrigerated ravioli, if using frozen ravioli they will need to be thawed first.
When you air fry ravioli without bread crumbs they are crispy on the edges and soft in the middle where the filling is. If you want them to be crispier, more like pasta chips, you will need to increase the cook time a couple of minutes.
As you can see in the photo my ravioli are mostly in a single layer but do overlap a little here and there.
Since air fryers cook differently I recommend checking the ravioli after 2-3 minutes before shaking them, then adjust the cooking time up or down if necessary.
