For the Big Mac Smash Tacos:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 flour tortillas
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup finely diced onions
- 24 dill pickle slices
For the Big Mac Secret Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Make the Big Mac sauce: In a small bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
